Shipping policy
1. Free Shipping Policy
We offer free ground shipping for every order within the 48 contiguous United States (Note: Refers to the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, etc.) and will deliver your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible!
2. Shipping Coverage
Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska are NOT included.
3. Shipping Methods
Whenever possible, we will prioritize shipping via FedEx.
4. Warehouse Distribution
We have multiple warehouses in the eastern and western United States. Based on your order’s shipping address, we will arrange shipment for you from the warehouse closest to you.
5. Lead Time Information
- Order Processing Time: After you place an order, it will be processed and shipped within 0-2 business days! If you need to modify the shipping information, please contact us via email at kullavikserviceteam@alaulm.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Express Shipping Time: 1-3 business days (We will ship your order via FedEx from the warehouse closest to your home!)
- Total Arrival Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time, which is 3-5 business days!
- Note: Logistics and transportation may be delayed due to weather conditions and other factors!
6. Shipment Notifications
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification via email, which will include the tracking number for your shipment. We recommend that you track your package’s status through the logistics carrier’s official website or by phone. If you have not received the shipment confirmation email and your order was placed more than 5 days ago, please contact us via email at kullavikserviceteam@alaulm.com, and we will help resolve the delay issue. Please include your order number in the email—thank you for your cooperation!
7. Split Shipment
Depending on the quantity or size of the items, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
8. What to Do If You Haven’t Received Your Items Within the Estimated Time?
First, check whether your shipping information is correct.
If you still haven’t received your order, please feel free to contact us via email at kullavikserviceteam@alaulm.com, and include your sales order number in the email.
9. Order Cancellation Policy
If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel the order and receive a full refund—ideally within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the package has been shipped from our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel the order after shipment, it will be processed in accordance with the return procedure.

11. About Lost/Stolen Packages
ALAULM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the logistics tracking information shows that your package has been delivered to your shipping address but you have not actually received it, please immediately contact the local logistics carrier to check the package status. We will assist by providing the steps and information needed to contact the logistics carrier and resolve the issue.
