The items came in four boxes, and assembly is effortless. The cushions have just the right softness for a pleasant sitting experience. So far everything works perfectly. One box had a wrongly cut accessory, so I contacted the manufacturer. They quickly sent out a replacement.

Love this design a lot. The cushions are thick and premium quality. Assembly is totally effortless. I��ve tried many patio chair sets, and these cushions are by far the most comfortable. It looks beautiful and feels very robust.
