The assembly was difficult but two of us completed in two days. Unfortunately the roof collapsed due to the weight of the ice/snow accumulating after an early season storm. I reached out to ALAULM regarding the matter and what we could do to remedy the situation. My warranty had expired, I was willing to purchase the parts needed- however shipping costs were astronomical in comparison to the cost of the parts. I was crushed. It was purrfect for my cats. I would have to throw the entire kennel away. However, the after purchase care team came through and went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I had the kennel assembled in no time- second time was much easier. Worth the work & peace of mind knowing they had my back! Great work! Thanks again.
We love this dog kennel! It’s sturdy, durable, and well-made. We use it to give our dogs a covered outdoor space, and it’s great for separating them when needed. My family and I had no trouble putting it together, and the price is super affordable, highly recommend!
Assembly was quick, and it feels really sturdy. As long as your dog doesn’t try too hard to escape, it’s totally great. I’m satisfied with this product, worth the couple of hours it took to put together!
Assembling this thing was a real headache! The only easy part was the lid. Several parts didn’t fit quite right, and I ended up having to use zip ties to finish putting it together. It looks okay and serves my purpose, but if I ever need to replace it, I’ll probably go with a different one.
This dog house is PERFECT! Assembly is a breeze, and the size is just right for my dog. It’s well-crafted and looks great too (10/10)!
